Love has the power to keep us connected, even when life keeps us apart.
At the heart of Luv Cross is our Christian faith and the greatest expression of Luv we know—the Luv of Jesus Christ, who gave His life for us on the cross. His sacrifice is the inspiration behind our name, our logo, and the jewelry we create. The cross reminds us that God’s Luv endures, sacrifices, and remains present even across distance.
Why We Say Luv Instead of Love
At Luv Cross, the difference between Luv and love is intentional.
The world often understands love as a feeling—something that can change with circumstances, expectations, or personal desires.
But God’s Luv is different.
Luv represents the unconditional, sacrificial, forgiving, and everlasting love of Jesus Christ.
It is not something we can earn or purchase. It is a gift freely given through God’s grace.
As Romans 5:8 reminds us, God demonstrated His love for us while we were still sinners.
We use the word Luv to distinguish God’s divine example from the conditional, self-centered expressions of love often found in the world.
This does not mean that human love is without value. Rather, God’s Luv teaches us how to love one another—with patience, compassion, forgiveness, faithfulness, and obedience to His Word.
Love may begin as a feeling, but True Luv is demonstrated through faith and action.
That is the heart of Luv Cross.
Our Inspiration
The inspiration for Luv Cross is also deeply personal. As the daughter of a World War II veteran, I grew up understanding the sacrifices made by those who serve and by the families who love and wait for them.
That understanding extends to anyone separated from someone they love—whether through military service, work, education, travel, or simply the circumstances of life.
Luv Cross was created as a tangible reminder of that connection. Our jewelry brings together the cross, faith, and a simple promise: wherever you go, you remain in my heart.
We hope each Luv Cross becomes more than something you wear. We hope it becomes a meaningful gift between parents and children, husbands and wives, grandparents and grandchildren, friends and loved ones—a reminder of faith, Luv, and the people who matter most.
